This calculator generates optional form conversion factors

Factors can be developed on an age
last birthday, age nearest birthday or exact age basis for
both the participant and beneficiary. In addition, due or
immediate factors can be generated on a monthly,
quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.
Currently, you can chose from 36
different mortality tables. If you don't see your plan's
mortality table feel free to e-mail us the mortality rates
and we will be happy to add them to our collection of
mortality tables.
